Ice, Snow, and Job Interviews!!!

Well Ol' Man Winter is starting to blow his winds... and the temps are dropping... we had some rain over night... so I anticipate if things go the way they said they were going to go that we will end up with ice under snow... I just don't know... the weather man hasn't been doing well with his predictions... I'm not looking forward to the bitter cold temps... but I'd like to see snow again as long as KDOT can clear the roads well enough to allow people to get out, buses to get out and school to remain in session. Again... I don't see that happening cause KDOT is a pain in the butt... but we shall see!! They said it should turn over about 2pm... so maybe soon we will see some pretty white flakes fall from the sky!! I'll try to get some pictures of it when it starts... I always love the look of a fresh snow fall on the lawn with no foot prints or anything... just a beautiful blanket of white...

As long as Ol' Man Winter and KDOT come through... I have a job interview on Tuesday (Jan 7th) at 1:00pm with Lynx Services. It's a company that takes insurance claims for car, property, and glass... there is no selling, no outbound calling... just inbound calls and filing claims... It would be something for me to do since I'm home alone now... and it will be some money that I can set aside for other things... like birthdays... next Christmas... etc! I've been told it's a good job and because it's a call center... I don't have to worry about being on my feet and flaring up my fibromyalsia or effecting anything else... plus like I said... it will get me out of the house and I will get a chance to do something. May not be what I went to college to do... but  it's a job none-the-less and that is something that I can be proud of!!!

Well I'm gonna skeeeedaddle... and get some stuff done around the house.... Later!!
